Pizza is good service is god awful, wait times are ALWAYS much longer than they estimate! On two occasions I was quoted 10-15 min and ended up waiting damn near an hour both times (understandably for deep dish) but I had two thin pizzas... either they were desperate for the sale and lied on the phone or they have zero clue how to time out orders!
