We go to many concerts there and have always supported the pretty, spacious and elegant restaurant but have been sadly disappointed in the food and painfully slow service every time. We felt as if we were sitting in an igloo, and the temperature inside was deceptively cold, especially given that it wasn't particularly hot outside. It’s hard to understand why Ravinia—a hospitality group that should know how to run a restaurant—could serve a $38 dish with such inefficiency.
