Definitely needs an upgrade no one in there wears a hairnet I am not racist at all but all the black people in there they don't wear hair nets and that is not good I found a hair in my food I don't remember exactly when it was but it was close to a week ago definitely need more responsible workers and an upgrade and it did not look very sanitary behind the counter either
Bojangles not ready for business again,stopped at Bojangles in High Point to get a Bo box,just like Archdale Bojangles, did not have sides available again, this time slaw,at 5.00 pm OUT OF SLAW,again do you want to wait,NO I should have learned my lesson but gave them one more chance,no need to build a new Bojangles if you can't run the old one,Again terrible service and wonder why you have bad ratings....
They have run out of strawberry jam, and it doesn’t look like they will restock anytime soon. The grape option is jelly, not jam. Whenever they serve you fresh biscuits, they often forget to include the jam in the bag, which means you have to go back through the drive-thru. Some of the cashiers seem overly protective of the jam and can be rude when you bring up not receiving it the first time.
The young woman who was working at the drive-thru that evening was incredibly kind. I genuinely love the food at Bojangles—it's far superior to KFC!
