The man who was working there was arrogant. In the room was very cold. That cold we were staying with our jackets. We asked for help with the temperature few times, but help never arrived. The man said that it’s normal to be cold the room is big. (It really was big). My baby poo myself and I had no option but to wash it. My baby was sick next day! The room wasn’t clean good enough.
