Was Anonym at Hever a mag?
We stayed for 2 nights, ate in the Restaurant first night.... room was lovely, warm, spacious, excellent beds, clean, luxurious yet homely. Would absolutely stay again! View all feedback.

After numerous attempts via phone calls and emails, my mother still has not received a response regarding our stay in September or information on how we can get a refund. The hotel claims they have reached out to all guests regarding their stay, but based on the reviews I've seen, it seems like we were the only ones who didn't receive any communication. I would not recommend this hotel at all. View all feedback.

My niece attempted to reach out to the hotel regarding their experience in October, but received no response. It appears she was not the only one. This is very poor customer service.
