There was no one in the lobby to help with ordering. This location requires ordering through a kiosk or drive-thru for faster service. I would not recommend visiting this location. The service worker apologized for the wait, explaining that there were only two employees working. However, there were only a few customers in line. Every native who respects himself will stop here. I personally hadn't done eating or drinking wrong here, but after I was complained several times when I waited for my order, I can't go here several times. the people are constantly coming from the drive-thru to complain. I saw how a woman was told that they had no chocolate donuts, so that they then pointed to the two trades of them and told them they had them. the owners have decided to work here and it is terrible. they are rude to people and they don't know what they do. They are always confused who ordered what and what they even ordered (uh, read the ticket? the müll can (there is only one that is not enough for this place) is always overrun. in two places there was a baptism (no exaggeration) müll on the floor, as the dose was flooded. they have an outer seat area on which they can't put a waste so that they can throw their müll on the floor. the only reason this place will remain in business is because it is in a tourist city.
The worst experience in my life has not helped with everything she ignores me for 20 minutes, before they even acknowledged and asked me, they must order I said yes and they can make them the app I said I have not a card or the app they were over rude, I will never go back to this place, they need to train their coworkers to treat customers better, so professionally unworthy,
Frosting on the donuts was melted as soon as they gave them to us. The little girl at the drive thru was rude and was too busy texting on her phone until she saw us pull up to the window and put it in her back pocket right away ? If you're going to mess around on the clock... At least don't do it in front of customers ?? I'm a retail manager and I have to yell at my employees for doing it and ignoring customers.
I love Dunkin coffee! But this store never fails to mess up an order. Either they don't hear me right and I get a different drink then ordered. Or they don't make up the drinks consistently. I would say it's hit or miss, but its always been a miss.
I have visited multiple Dunkin' Donuts locations and have never encountered a glazed cream donut that is fresh for the day. It appears that they are more like a shop that sells donuts.
