Never again!! The worst meal I've ever had here in the Ruhr area!!! The pizza was extremely dry, the chicken was completely over-seasoned! The multi plate was a complete disaster. The fries tasted extremely crappy (like old fat), the meat wasn't that great either, and the fact that the two sauces (tzatziki, cocktail) were dumped together in a plastic container and mashed together doesn't work at all!
After waiting 2 hours for our food today, the status changed to delivered in the app at 6:00 p.m. With the timestamp 17:14. So I called. I was assured that the food should be there in the next 3-4 minutes. Called again after 5 minutes. The food was supposedly delivered to the neighbor downstairs. It's just a shame we don't have a neighbor downstairs. It turned out that the food was delivered to a regular customer with the same last name. Just completely ridiculous.
Best food, best people. Even an allergy sufferer can eat properly there. My boys know all about food and have everything an allergy sufferer can eat. They're just the best guys. Thank you for existing.
