Tucked in a Walmart parking lot, this fast-food spot divides opinion: occasional immaculate service and standout employees contrast with repeated reports of missing items, cold or off-tasting food, stale sides, rude interactions, and cleanliness lapses. Drive-thru and order accuracy problems, plus unresponsive phone support, leave customers frustrated after long drives. Expect hit-or-miss experiences—friendly staff can shine, but recurring hygiene and consistency issues undermine reliability.
The online ordering system doesn't work. When we arrived, they didn’t have half of our food in stock and never called to inform us—they just waited for us to show up. This was supposed to be an online pickup order. I paid for a drink but never received it, and my mac and cheese chicken bowl was missing as well. I do not recommend ordering through the app as it’s very unreliable. Additionally, we didn’t get sides with either my 8-piece or my friend’s 5-piece meal, so we paid for a full order but only received half of it.
We were first told they had no chicken tenders, then that it would take 20 minutes because no chicken was cooked. We waited for our order, but when we got home, the chicken was raw inside and undercooked. The fries tasted like old flour mix. The food is unsafe. Be cautious!
I waited in the KFC drive-thru for 12 minutes, and when I finally reached the window to order, the staff informed me that all chicken items on the menu would take 20 minutes. Many customers ended up driving away. I probably won't be returning.
Great service, great chicken. We stopped for a quick lunch and was on the road again in a matter of minutes.
