Was Kristina Glover at Arby's a mag?
I made the trip to this location because my experience at the one in the Southaven-Horn Lake area was quite unpleasant due to rudeness. The manager called to inform my husband and me that we could come here and enjoy a complimentary meal for both of us. This location is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the management is dedicated to ensuring that customers have a positive experience. View all feedback.

What Ruby Gean Turner dislikes about Arby's:
First of all, we were not greeted when we entered the restaurant. There was no one in the lobby, so I don't understand why we were not acknowledged! When we did get our food, it was COLD! This was not a great experience at all! View all feedback.
