We ordered a pizza in November 13th, 2017. We made the call ahead of time and were asked card details. The card was billed 4 times for the same pizza. We filed a claim immediately for the 3 additional times we were billed. Papa John's customer service was atrocious. We could not get our money refunded. We had to file a complaint with the bank.
