What Andrew Moss likes about Cracker Barrel Old Country Store:
I got the roast beef to go. I’ve never had it this bad. It’s always been tender and would easily tear apart with a fork. Tonight it was very tough, and full of gristle. Was completely shocked. Never been this way. Revision: I spoke to the manager Darius, he made up for it with a complementary meal tonight, and it’s probably the best meal I’ve ever had a Cracker Barrel. Waitress took the order was friendly but didn’t see her again until we were about to leave. Another waitress brought out our food. Food was lukewarm at best. I had to ask another waitress for refills for all of us since we waited for about 20 minutes.
