Umai means delicious in Japanese. This Korean owned Japanese style Ramen noodle shop lives up to the name, I would say. Great job in simplicity! Then why only 4 stars? Only because I'm Japanese and know even better ones... but it's very close! (sorry guys, just being honest ???? View all feedback.

This is the first time I?ve been to this establishment. I was really impressed with their tempura batter, mini tacos, and ramen noodles (they?re chewy compared to most places) However the shoyu was incredibly salty and I thought the tonkatsu wasn?t seasoned enough, and rather tasteless but crazy oily (reference photo).
