It is impossible to call the store and talk to a live person. The store number just refers you back to the website. I accidentally placed an order online that I forgot to adjust pickup time to an hour later than their opening time. The only option offered was to send a message. There was no response. $18+ dollar meal, and the chicken was burned and completely unacceptable to eat. Plus, the fries were cold and stale. I was so fustrated that I didn't try it or look because I had to turn back because I realized they didn't give me my soda. I could have asked for another meal, but instead, I got all the way home and still had to make something for dinner. I will never go back here again.
