It's just unbelievable that the whole space around the shop is now covered in balloons and packaging from his shop. After being asked to clean it up, the tenant doesn't feel responsible for anything and after being asked to clean the place, he thinks it's just the mill coming from his customers but not from him, it's just ridiculous.
