1 hour waiting time for the food. The cordon bleu was undercooked. When this was pointed out, instead of a correction or apology, excuses were responded to. I ordered a risotto I received watery rice. Sorry, but I can do it better myself and I'm not a professional chef. I won't eat at Bären again for a long time.
