what a terrible restaurant, the menu was unorderly, there was no clear structure. little to no sweet at the meal times and all meal times are rich in fat. for the fish lover there are only 1 selection; garnel that also swim in fat, from gluten-free they have never heard, but never again.... We arrived on a Sunday around pm after a very long day of traveling with no reservations. We saw many reserved tables, but were seated at a nice table for the of us. The interior is very cozy and charming. Dennis was our...server, nice guy, spoke English so well we couldn't believe he was from Heidelberg. He was very friendly to the old people us, and helped us with recommendations for the food and wine. We had the pork knuckle and the Hausgemachte Maultasche large ravioli Swabian style. My wife also had a side of red cabbage, she loves red cabbage. We were starved, we realized that we had not eaten for hours except for a breakfast roll on the plane. We devoured most of the delicious food and wine a little embarrassing. The portions we so big we could not finish them. We really wanted to have their Apple Strudel. So we asked if it was ok to come back in one of the following afternoons to have with a couple of coffee drinks. We were so glad we did. Do yourself a favor and have one. The presentation and taste can't be beat
The beer is excellent. The main dish is a little bit salty. The service is good. Will be here again and try other food
