Terrible service at the drive-through. The lady on the other side of the intercom has no manners at all, when she cannot hear you, she cannot say pardon? , instead she just shouts heh? or what? . Then the one at the pay window cannot even greet you. KFC Heidelberg staff should go across the street and learn some manners from Mcdonalds ' staff. Terrible way to treat paying customers.
