They gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and forgot to include my potatoes. My fries, which I asked to be no salt, had extra salt on them. The service was terrible. The cheeseburger was burnt. They always seem to "forget" something with my order—ALWAYS!
I had a busy lunch order at Wendy's right before Thanksgiving, but everything went incredibly smoothly. I expected a long wait and a couple of mistakes, but the service was much faster and flawless. Terri, the manager, was very attentive and noticed a discrepancy between the screen and another customer's order before they even checked. The food from the Wendy's menu was delicious as well.
I had a very disappointing experience at Wendy's. They got my order wrong, and I ended up having to discard the entire meal to avoid a severe allergic reaction. The staff appeared to be entirely untrained.

I recognize that the staff isn't to blame for this, but charging $2.89 for a large fountain drink is quite disappointing. It seems very overpriced and comes off as simply greedy.
