The staff at this sheets are always really great but the patrons have been getting more unstable over time and I don’t really feel safe going here anymore.
Waited in line 40 minutes for a small order of sliders and sauces, was very patient because I know how orders were coming in and staff working their tails off. Just to find out my order was bumped off and left on the counter for 20/40 of those minutes and was cold and not enjoyable. Definitely not motivated to return even though I do usually like to eat there.
I didn't receive confirmation of my order, nor was it delivered. DoorDash charged me and claimed it was delivered, but that wasn't the case. Although I was refunded by DoorDash, I can't say I was impressed with the experience overall.
Excellent service for a convenience store and gas station. The staff is very attentive, and the boneless wings taste fantastic. Definitely worth a stop if you're nearby. The fountain drinks are great as well—I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade.
In terms of food service, this is by far the worst Sheetz I've ever experienced. I waited 30 minutes at 3 AM, and when the food finally arrived, it was barely recognizable.
