These were the best ribs I've ever had in the Midwest! Exactly how we enjoy them up in the Northwoods—super tender and fall-off-the-bone delicious. I understand the southern style of ribs, but up north, we prefer them the way Ray-Jays prepares them. It's perfection! And let me not forget to mention their wings—they're fantastic too.
