Found this place right across Courtyard TownePlace by Marriott Hawthorne. Ordered a combo meal with steam rice, orange chicken mushroom chicken. The first time I had Thai tea with boba and it was great. I ate my 2 veggie egg rolls and chow mein much later. I loved the egg rolls they were great even a few hours later. The chow mein was very plain and I had a taste but that was it. The next time I went and ordered a large Thai tea with boba.
