Amazing handmade Mexican food, no fancy extras, just fantastic. Just like Grandma makes it. Cozy and possibly the most authentic cuisine in the area.

Hands down, the best gorditas de maiz I've had on this side of the border. Ask for the spicy red salsa. It's the best Hatch has to offer.
