I was with the Drive-Thru cream tonight. I said I wanted a 2 screed vanilla with keksteig, 2 screed turtlesonne, 2 waters. first she tells me that it is $9.02, then it changes to $12.24 she returns with 2 single vanilla vanilla vanilla with keksteig and the 2 vanilla vanilla vanilla vanilla vanilla vanilla back to the window. I told her I didn't order the single club. she then said I am day, but when she came back and the two did not even draw 2 in it. then she comes back 2 minutes later for the water and when I asked about the difference, she said it was the same amount. she wouldn't give me the difference that it cost for the two who had only one creature, not to draw one. I will never go to harvard culver again. I should get my money back because I didn't get 2 singles. I don't care if there were 5 cents I worked hard for the money. the girl didn't even give me my reception. if it cannot be treated differently, as they want to be treated, it should not work with the public.
Honestly I would give them 0 stars. they were rediculously slow, when i got my food FINALLY there was no mayo on the chicken sandwich and no ketchup on the burger LOL! The sandwiches were made upside down ? it was laughable. Our drinks were the incorrect size. Everyone was honking behind me, no one knew how to do their job, there was HAIR all over our food. I thought it could’ve been from me because i have long hair but my hair is not black… and on top of it the burger tasted weird.. cheese wasn’t melted like we specifically asked. Man just don’t come here. I really respect the fact they hire the special needs but if they can’t do their job then.. idk. Bad experience 10/10
I was traveling from Crystal Lake to Monroe when I stopped at a Culver's in a nearby town, only to find that their dining room was closed. I was grateful that your restaurant was open and serving the public. Thank you for your hospitality!
The cashier and manager were extremely rude to a family member who asked for a burger with out the meat. The cashier and manager told us that this is how it is made and they were not changing that. I don't find the request to be out of line since almosteveryone makes changes one way shape or form.
We were recently trying to place an order for the new Curderburger. My wife is a vegetarian and does not like the taste of the veggie patty. I asked for a curder burger with no meat. The cashier had to ask for assistance on the order. Themanage(Aleshia) was asked for assistance and rolled her eyes and said the burger comes together as one piece and needs to bedisassembled by the customer. I was willing to pay for the burger full price as long as they took the patty off. Cashier askedfor the manager again. I had to suggest they remove the burger patty. Manager walks to the back and finally agrees. By thattime, a line had formed and we felt our business would be better appreciates elsewhere. Your loss Culver's.
