Been here a few times now, when the lady's from Asia are working the service is out of this world and so is the food/ice creams. Unfortunately the other staff aren't as attentive and barely smile. Waited 15 minutes to be seated then overheard someone say the kitchen was closed at 4pm on a Sat dessert only. It wasn't overly busy with a completely empty section at the rear. We got an apology on our way out to feed our kids at Larry's (which was friendly cheaper). Apparantly it was trainees on staff.
