I usually come to arbys if I want a nice big juicy real chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed by the sculpted little patty that wasn't even as big as the bungalow. the service was for people who did not care. they cleaned the frit so that the girl I think was a layer manager, a tonne salt on the frits in the basket.
