Although the food at Finnigan's Cove warrants above 2 stars, I gave it 2 stars because of one REALLY bad problem cigarette smoke. I can't recall ever being in a restaurant where the smell of cigarettes, EVEN WHEN EMPTY, so overpowered the entire restaurant, that you kind of choke a bit when entering, and subsequently suffocate while waiting for your food. It's really that bad and something needs to be done about it! View all feedback.
