O'Charley's offers friendly staff, quick service, and delicious potato soup. However, changes in their rolls have disappointed loyal customers. The Whiskey Chicken Pasta lacked flavor, and the Steak and Chicken Tenders were served cold. The Strawberry Cheesecake was good, but not outstanding. Some diners found portions smaller than expected. Despite some negative experiences with food quality and service, others praised the restaurant for accommodating food allergies and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, O'Charley's is working to reinvent itself with changes in menu offerings and happy hour specials, but consistency in food quality remains a concern.
Have tried many dishes and have never been disappointed. My son said their filet was very good. Tried the ribs on my last visit and they were very good.
Coldest beer in Harrison, OH! The bartenders are always attentive and food is consistently great!
It's been a very long time since I've been to an O'Charley's so my husband and I decided to visit while out running errands this weekend. We were surprisingly impressed! I ordered the chicken Cajun pasta and my husband ordered the steak and salmon. Everything tasted great and we'll be sure to visit more often now.
Great service and good food. A welcoming atmosphere as well. Cocktails were okay but I would stick with beer or wine. Fantastic deserts! Easy parking as well, I would gladly go again.
Great service waitress was awesome, our food on the other hand was different story. My wife's was good, but my baby back ribs were burnt to a crisp and unbeatable. They didn't charge me for them and gave me some chicken tenders instead. I think they werejust understaffed.
