Seemed to be understaffed. Service was little slow. Not unusual for what is going on now. Food and beer were very good. Bacon wrapped duck breasts were excellent.
Great staff, wonderful service, the number of taps with so many great choices and menu with something for everyone.
The staff was friendly and gracious, the food was very good, and we felt welcome to take time for a relaxed lunch and visit. The inn is old and charming, but all amenities are first rate.
We have been here for a couple times and they has always been great but the last time we were here is an absolute disaster. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our food. The waitress didn't come out and check up on us once. We were seated outside so it wasextremely difficult to even get her attention. When the food came out, the chicken was dry like it was sitting under the heatinglamp for exactly 2 hours. The noodles were swimming in oil with no flavor at all. Such a huge disappointment. Would not comebackagain.
Great dining experience. I happened upon this place when passing through the area and looking for something for dinner off of the interstate. It is not far from the interstate but not really downtown either. It is a unique dining experience in a verygood way. Plenty of outdoor dining space (heated) as well as good space indoors with history. The prime rib was some of the bestI've had anywhere. I was very pleased all around with the food, service, and atmosphere. I would highly recommend giving it atry!
