Usually using delivery, but this time we decided to collect. Ordered one pizza to share, we asked if they can do half pizza with different toppings and there was no problem to it with no extra charge. We been told time, when pizza will be ready for collection. Tried to order a delivery of pizza two nights ago and Dominoes Hatfield wouldn't answer the phone for an hour! I called from 9.30pm and it was ignored. It wasn't engaged, it just rang and rang. Finally they answered and said at 10.45pm it was too late to order. It was as if they just wanted to get off early and deliberately didn't answer the phone for that whole time.
