What Susan Hull doesn't like about Harlan Cafe:
I wanted a hamburger but no bun with Swiss cheese and onion with onion rings. The onion rings were great but the hamburger was small and leathery for the price I was charged. Did not get the chips but no price adjustment for switching to onion rings.The waitress actually suggested this supposed combo. Husbands beef manhattan had large chunks of fat. View all feedback.
