I discovered this cafe after getting some cakes at Raabs. Went there for a quick bite since I didn't have any lunch but as it was a super hot day I only had a sausage, egg and tea. When it came, the sausage was slit which creates more crispy areas. Frankly, I haven't seen many sausages slit although I do know some places do that.
