Food was Georgous, staff really friendly and accommodating. Assessibility spot on, they opened the door wider for my partner who is a wheelchair user without me needing to ask. This was my first and last experience ordering from Ruby Jean's. I ordered a chicken and bacon sandwich, but it arrived without any butter, salad, or mayo. It was extremely dry—I've never had a sandwich that dry before. I would give it a 0/10. When I called to ask if this was the usual way the sandwiches are prepared, I was told that the kitchen must have forgotten to include the condiments. View all feedback.
