We were disappointed with our visit as this franchise was not up to par with other Ruth Chris locations we have visited. There was hardly any butter with our steaks, nobody asked if they were cooked to our liking, we had to remind the waitress about drinks we ordered, and the birthday desert for my mother was underwhelming, to say the least.
