My husband is from New Orleans and was pleasantly surprised that the Jambalaya he ordered did not disappoint. Great flavor and generous portion. The young man cooking receives four stars (out of five) he was slightly abrupt but HEY he was alone and had orders to fill.Busy Sunday but we were able to find a table inside out of the chilly wind. It's hit or miss. Sometimes the food is as stellar as the original and half the times it is burnt or made entirely wrong (ran out of parmesan so they threw slices of swiss on top instead).
