The cha gio aka crispy rolls were Chinese egg rolls. There isn't supposed to be cabbage in those crispy rolls. They were flat out Chinese Egg Rolls. They don't go well with the traditional dipping sauce. None of the tables has fish sauce, or pepper. The broth needed a little extra fish sauce, and there were none anywhere.
