I have eaten three times in the aummee in hanoi, while on holiday I have eaten two times for dinner and one time for late lunch. it's a high-end restaurant. we had lotus rice, mourning seaweed rolls with Tamarin sauce, green salat and seaweed tofu suppe. the rice and the rolling with Tamarin sauce were beautiful. the salat sauce was a little sweet for us. we had also emptied for dessert, that was full. the price was a bit more expensive than other places, but that was not so special. good service and beautiful place.
