It's pretty standard as far as frozen yogurt places go. Never had a bad experience in terms of the dessert. However, the customer service experience here can be inconsistent, so I have to deduct a star. I'm never greeted by the teenage staff, though those after me always are. The teenage staff also tends to demand to know what payment type will be utilized as soon as I enter the door.
