The young people that were working in there today presented horrible customer service. Never...and I do mean NEVER again based strictly on this reason and I will be sure to share the story of my experience with friends and family. Unapologetically unprofessional. The restaurant is now permanently closed. While it was open, I enjoyed my meals at Polly's and will miss it.
Chicken was burnt, feathers on the chicken Mac cheese horrible. Food was nasty as hell. Never again will I go there money wasted.

This is a soul food restaurant, take out and delivery, the food is cooked when ordered so there is a little wait but the end result is worth it, I recommend the turkey wings, also the mac and cheese cabbage, the veggie plate is a favorite of mine, the customer service is excellent the staff treats you like famliy, I highly recommend POLLYS!
The food was delicious! The owner let us sample a few of the sides when we came in which we thought was cool. The string beans, collards, and corn bread were some of out favorites. We got a lot of food for the price and the Owner was extremely friendly and welcoming.
