However, while the food is exceptional, there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. Adding price tags to the trays or displaying a sign similar to those found in typical donut shops would greatly benefit budget-conscious customers. This thoughtful addition would streamline the purchasing process, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the delicious experience without financial worries. In conclusion, I strongly encourage you to visit this outstanding bakery and enjoy its heavenly offerings while also considering my suggestion to enhance the overall customer experience.
Charming place where cakes and sweets are delicious and beautiful! They also serve lunches. The staff and owner are delightful and easy to order from for pickup.
Cocoa Bean created the most delightful wedding and groom's cakes for our special day! We couldn't be happier and received countless compliments from our guests. They were incredibly easy to work with, and the manager was friendly and personable. Thank you, Cocoa Bean, for providing us with such a wonderful experience!
This is the best birthday cake I've purchased to date. The icing wasn't overly sweet, and the cake itself was incredibly soft and moist. The only downside is that there was quite a bit of icing, likely due to the three-layer design of their cakes. So, if you're not a fan of a lot of icing, I wouldn't recommend it. Other than that, it's fantastic! I rated it 4 stars because of the excessive icing.
Chef Anthony is INCREDIBLE! We had cocoa bean design two cakes for our wedding: a traditional wedding cake and a fun cake that incorporated both me and my husband. We met with Chef Anthony a few months before our wedding to do a cake tasting and discussstyle. We weren?t sure what we really wanted and he walked us through everything step by step and had so many incrediblesuggestions and ideas that really helped us find exactly what we wanted. The traditional wedding cake was beautiful andabsolutely delicious. We were SO so so incredibly impressed and floored by the fun cake though!! We gave Chef Anthony sixdifferent tv shows/books that my husband and I are big fans of and he helped us figure out how to get them all on one cakewithout it just looking like a bunch of stuff thrown together. All we had were ideas and he took them and created something sounique and exactly what we didn?t even know we wanted. I loved and adored it so much and it came out exactly like we wanted andlike we asked! It was easily one of my absolute favorite things about the wedding and we cannot recommend Chef Anthony enough!
