What User likes about The Keg Steakhouse:
The food was good. I didn't order any beets, but they ended up being served to us instead. Then, after taking our orders, the server collected all the dishes, so I ended up having to pay significantly more than I expected. There were only three of us, so it shouldn't have been that difficult to get it right. However, the steak was fantastic, and that's really why we came, so it was definitely a highlight. What User doesn't like about The Keg Steakhouse:
The checkout process was unusual as well. I’ve never had to swipe my own gift card before, and then we had to snap off our own receipts and insert our card; we ended up messing something up in the process, which required the manager to assist us.
On the plus side, the food was good, and I enjoyed the ambiance. Our reservation was for 6:45, but we arrived at 6:48 and still waited about 10 minutes for a table. Overal... View all feedback.
