Having patronized various Kelsey's restaurants in the past we had no hesitations in trying out this location. While the reception guy who met and seated us was truly pleasant and outgoing, the other serving staff seemed like they would rather have been elsewhere. The selections were just OK. Not hot, but warm. Service without a smile sends a strong message. We will likely not be back to this location again. View all feedback.
