We have visited many Osmows locations, but this one is definitely the best! The staff were courteous and efficient, including those who were in training. The establishment is clean and well-designed. "The shawarma with inadequate water was acceptable, but the uncooked falafels were disappointing. Despite alerting the staff and having them try to cook them again, they still came out raw. When I requested a refund, no one responded. I ended up throwing them away and leaving. I may not return to this restaurant again.".
