Good day! Judith, thank you so much for the wonderful cream tea for Mother’s Day. What a fantastic selection! It's truly unique to find a tea specifically tailored for vegetarians. The attention to detail in all the items is impressive. I highly recommend this service to everyone for their exceptional professionalism.
If I didn't die from one, I'd be down there every day. fantastic selection, always fresh and the window presentation is always tempting. personal favorit must be the castor.
I love Humes as it provides high quality bread and cakes every visit. The staff are friendly and helpful and they worked throughout lockdown despite the risks so we could continue to get our bread. They are a welcoming and much loved part of Halstead and I hope they will continue to bake for the town for many years to come.
Absolutely great little bakery, have to get there early so that they don’t sell out of the best bits. The synthetic cream donuts are the best I have ever had, the jam donuts are amazing and the sausage rolls are my complete favourite. The staff are friendly and the prices are very reasonable, definitely recommend!
