The employees are friendly and the place is cute (love the outdoor seating) despite the being in transition, but the drinks are not good for the prices. It's pretty easy to park, even on the weekend! I paid 7 for a pour over it was good but I've had better for less . I also got an iced matcha that was almost yellow I can't figure out if it was mixed with something else or if it's just that way.
