Terrible management! My child’s brand new arcade card got stuck in the machine and they refused to replace it. This is after I spent tons of money there and my children were super bummed out. The employees and manager refused to help us out- not a good look and bad faith toward customers. I’d go elsewhere where customers are valued and treated as such. View all feedback.
