Very friendly and friendly. You helped us with our questions. The rooms were small, but with enough space for luggage and not getting a close feeling. The breakfast buffet was good and rich in variety and quality of food. The 1 minute walk to the tram station was another plus for this hotel. It takes only 15 minutes to downtown Innsbruck. they lead a beautiful hotel. a bit of bland and evening shift reception has unpassioned teens who prefer social media customer service. clean nice room and ok breakfast. good parking when they board early. combination of location, peice and quality ok for us because we don't want a city center.
