The service at this restaurant is consistently terrible! The atmosphere is disgusting and the staff are impatient when it comes to taking orders for Timbits. There are clearly five flavors available. Today, I ordered 50 Timbits and was only given three. View all feedback.
My visit to Tim Hortons was delightful thanks to the outstanding service I received from an employee named Harsh. He was exceptionally friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. I am truly grateful for his dedication and positive attitude. Employees like him make visiting Tim Hortons a pleasure.
I have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating at this restaurant. However, I have had issues with the app not being compatible with the items available in the store. There have been a few occasions where I placed an order on the app, only to arrive and find that my order was incomplete because the app did not accurately show what the location was able to serve. This issue lies solely with the app and not with the store or its employees. The app should accurately reflect what the workers are able to offer. If you plan on ordering, it may be better to wait in line so you can see firsthand what items are available, as the app is not always accurate.
I enjoy coming here because the staff is always friendly and upbeat. The place is very clean and the prices are very affordable.
