This Starbucks has really gone downhill. The staff are friendly. I feel a tiny bit guilty complaining because they sincerely mean well… I’ve been a Starbucks goer for a couple decades and sometimes things go wrong. The temperature is too hot, the coffee tastes burnt, stuff happens. This staff is completely incompetent when it comes to all things coffee. I doubt they even drink it. I only drink black coffee. Employees are ready and willing to serve.
If this is located on.l..Las Vegas blvd and the 215 everyone great pleas pass this on
You need to order ahead and pick up. Drinks were always ready when we arrived and tasted great.
