Excellent sandwiches, excellent food, excellent catering, has several food trucks for events. This company really does it right. Highly recommended
Chef Mark has hit the mark. Corsons Steaks have brought authentic Philly cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, and melt in your mouth pork sandwiches to town.You may need a doggie bag as the portions are full. Fries are thick cut potatoes with skin. Mushrooms are chopped thick.American cheese standard. My advice, ask for provolone. Put broccoli on top for zing.Way to go Mark
Chef Mark Rooks has done it again! Our Thanksgiving feast was a delicious success! No shopping, prepping or cooking! The process could not have been easier; order online, pickup the day before, follow the heating instructions… wait for the oven timer to “ding” then EAT LIKE ROYALTY!
We have utilized their services multiple times for both event catering and holiday meals. They consistently do an excellent job!
