On Friday night, we didn't have a reservation but were warmly greeted by a friendly doorman. We were seated at a perch near the door, which was not ideal but understandable due to how busy it was. My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this cocktail bar. Elio and Roy took care of us and their knowledge of drinks blew us away. We had a great time at this place and would highly recommend it.

I gave it 4 stars because I believe there are better cocktail bars in the area in terms of innovation and taste. However, I would definitely return to High Water in the future.
Great atmosphere, amazing drinks and friendly staff! jamie had an encyclopaedic knowledge of cocktails and his recommendations were on every occasion again
